Pedal with energy thanks to the force of the Dolomites

CYCLING

Val di Fassa is surrounded by connected passes that make up fantastic tours around the Dolomites. From 1-2 hours to the whole day, with as great an ascent as you like, you can choose how much effort you want to put in and which route appeals most.

Every pass, valley and descent has its charm: vast banks, green forests and flowering meadows, colossal mountains looming over you. Getting to the peak and gazing around is enormously satisfying and your heart will rejoice.

DOWNHILL

For those who want to challenge breathtaking routes all downhill.

Gravity killers, that's what downhill riders are called. Fully protected by helmet, back protector, goggles, padded impact suit and super protectors, a mountain bike with great brakes and suspension is the equipment to challenge gravity and nature's obstacles!

How is downhill skiing done?

With all the necessary equipment, you comfortably ascend by ski lift to the top and from there you descend to the valley through forests, meadows and trails, without any fear following the route wherever it takes you.
Crossing rivers, launching yourself into exciting wooden footbridges and parabolics, jumping over rocks and logs that obstruct the path: this is downhill!

You can get your equipment at the equipment rentals near the ski lift.

Downhill is a high-adrenaline sport for the most courageous, but in the Fassa Valley everyone can do it thanks to tracks of varying difficulty.
At the start, you can be accompanied by an instructor from the Fassa Bike sports association and once you have mastered the technique, you can let off steam: watch out for the trees!

FAMILY CYCLING

Everybody on their bikes with Mum and Dad.
During summer holidays in Val di Fassa you’ve got to try a pleasant cycle ride along the cycle path at the bottom of the valley, with a few stops at the many playgrounds along the Avisio river.

The cycle path that runs along the Avisio river at the bottom of the valley is suitable for children of all ages.
A very bright route, it crosses the different areas of Val di Fassa and Val di Fiemme, partly through forests or green meadows: savour the beauty of nature in the Dolomites.

MOUNTAIN BIKE

Mountain bike fans are spoilt for choice in Val di Fassa with over 30 routes for all levels: high-altitude paths, roads dug through forests, peaceful tracks through the lower valley meadows, but the best thing is that they are all framed by the unique sight of the Dolomites.
